Mego released two sets of 3.75" figures of the World's Greatest Super-Heroes. The figures with straight legs were called "Pocket Super Heroes." The figures with bent legs were called "Comic Action Heroes."

Each Comic Action Hero came with an orange stand. There are two different stands with different size slots for the feet. Hulk, Green Goblin, and Penguin came with the stand with the larger slots.
